This piece was inspired by Belfast, ME where my good friend Elizabeth Slade moved in the Fall of 2019. As a way to stay connected, we sent each other images and drew together on Zoom during the pandemic. I had the privilege of visiting her in the summer of 2021, and I felt such a deep connection the the place immediately as I had been drawing it for over a year from her spectacular photographs.

This print is made on archival Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta which has a gorgeous watercolor paper like texture. I have these printed by a professional local printer who uses gorgeous archival ink. They are printed with a half inch border and signed by the artist. If you would like your print to be made with a full bleed, just email me at mrye@marlenerye.com.

SHIPPING AND PICK UP

Smaller options of this print will be shipped flat, while larger versions will be shipped in a mailing tube. To pick up your print in person in the Holyoke, MA area, please select pick up at studio. Prints ship out within a week.

There is a flat $10 fee for US shipping and $25-$35 for international orders.
